CoreWod works with any equipment setup. During onboarding, you'll select your available equipment (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) and our AI will only generate workouts you can actually do. Even bodyweight-only setups work great!
Daily workouts are AI-generated based on your preferences - great for variety. Programs are structured multi-week training plans (like "3-Week Shoulder Builder") with progressive workouts designed by experts for specific goals. You can do both!
Absolutely! During setup, you'll select your experience level. Workouts are scaled appropriately, and our movement library includes detailed instructions for every exercise. We have beginner-specific programs too.
At the end of each month, you'll receive an AI-generated summary that analyzes your training data: total workouts, progress trends, consistency patterns, areas where you've improved, and personalized recommendations for the next month.
