CoreWod is your personal AI-powered fitness companion. We generate customized workouts tailored to your goals, equipment, and fitness level. Whether you're into Functional Fitness, Hyrox, or Strength training, CoreWod adapts to your style.
Absolutely! During onboarding you select your training level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Athlete). Workouts are scaled accordingly — beginners get appropriate movements, lighter loads, and simpler schemes. You can change your level anytime in Preferences.
CoreWod is available on iOS and Android. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your account syncs across devices — just sign in with the same account.

Workouts

Our algorithm analyzes your preferences — training style, available equipment, preferred duration, and fitness level — to create personalized workouts. It uses a smart matching system with fallback passes to always find you the best workout, while avoiding repeats for 5-8 days.
CoreWod supports three training styles:
  • Functional Fitness — WODs including AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, and more
  • Hyrox — Race-simulation workouts (running, rowing, sled push, etc.)
  • Strength — Focused strength training (compound lifts, progressive overload)
Premium users can enable multi-style mode to mix different styles.
Yes! Swipe right on any workout card or tap the bookmark icon to save it to your favorites. Access saved workouts anytime from the Journey tab. Premium users get unlimited favorites.
CoreWod supports a wide range of equipment including barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, pull-up bar, jump rope, rowing machine, assault bike, sled, wall ball, box, rings, and more. You can also select "No Equipment" for bodyweight-only workouts. Set your available equipment in Preferences.
After finishing a workout, tap "Complete Workout". You'll be asked to rate your effort (RPE), enjoyment, and whether the difficulty was right. You can also add notes. This data helps us improve future workout recommendations and powers your AI Coach insights.
Programs are structured multi-day training plans designed for specific goals. Unlike daily generated WODs, programs follow a planned progression. Enroll in a program from the Discover tab, and complete workouts in order. Your progress is tracked automatically.

AI Coach

The AI Coach analyzes your workout history to provide personalized training insights. You get weekly advice (after 1+ workouts/week) and monthly summaries (after 3+ workouts/month). It identifies patterns, suggests improvements, flags potential issues, and helps you stay on track with your goals.
Yes. The AI Coach sends your workout data (types, durations, ratings) to OpenAI for analysis, but this data is not used to train AI models. Insights are cached so we minimize data transfers. No personally identifiable information beyond your workout patterns is shared.

Both plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings:
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for early cancellation.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by CoreWod directly:
  • iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Android: Contact Google Play support
Refund eligibility depends on their respective policies.

Health & Safety

On iOS, you can opt in to sync completed workouts to Apple Health. When enabled, CoreWod saves workout type, duration, and estimated calories to your Health app. This is one-way — we write to Apple Health but don't read from it. You can enable/disable this anytime in Settings.
Yes! In your health settings, you can mark specific sensitivities (knee, lower back, shoulder). The workout generator takes these into account and avoids movements that might aggravate those areas. You can update these anytime in Settings → Health.

Account & Data

Go to Profile → My Preferences to update your equipment, preferred workout duration, training style, fitness level, and goals. Changes take effect immediately and your next generated workout will reflect the new preferences.
Yes! CoreWod supports email/password, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In (iOS). You can use any of these methods to create your account or sign in.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in secure device storage. Our database uses row-level security policies so you can only access your own data. We never store payment information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings → Delete Account. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm. This permanently removes all your data including workout history, favorites, preferences, program enrollments, and AI insights. This action cannot be undone.
