Terms of Service

Welcome to CoreWod. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CoreN Digital Ltd. ("CoreN Digital", "CoreWod", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the CoreWod mobile application, related websites, support channels, and community features (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Basics

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you, to use CoreWod. By using the Service, you represent that you meet that requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current account information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and App Stores

CoreWod offers free and paid features. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not directly by CoreN Digital Ltd.

  • Prices, free-trial terms, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation information are shown in the app before purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store settings before the renewal deadline shown by the store
  • Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase restoration are handled under the rules of the applicable store
  • We may change subscription pricing or features, but material pricing changes will be presented before they apply to a future renewal where required

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including laws governing digital content, subscription renewals, cancellations, or refunds in your country of residence.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and their affiliates are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the CoreWod Service itself, except to the extent required by their own terms or applicable law.

3. Health, Wellness, and Safety Disclaimer

CoreWod provides fitness, wellness, and training information for general informational purposes only. CoreWod is not a doctor, medical device, emergency service, physical therapist, dietitian, or licensed coach.

  • Consult an appropriate qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, disability, or other health concern
  • Stop training immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, illness, faintness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms
  • You are solely responsible for how you perform workouts, use equipment, and respond to training suggestions
  • Connected health platform data, progress trends, and AI outputs are informational only and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice

By using the Service, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and that you voluntarily assume those risks.

4. AI Coach and Connected Health Features

CoreWod includes AI-powered features such as AI Coach, Ask Coach, and workout suggestions. These features generate automated content based on your data and inputs.

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation
  • AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct, safe, or effective
  • You must use independent judgment before relying on AI-generated suggestions

CoreWod currently supports Apple Health on iOS. Connected health features are optional and remain subject to your permissions, the third-party platform's rules, and our Privacy Policy.

5. Community Features and User Content

CoreWod may allow you to create a public profile, follow other users, react to activity feed items, join challenges, appear on leaderboards, and publish custom workouts or other content.

You keep ownership of content you create, such as workout notes, progress photos, and custom workouts. However, by submitting content to the Service, you grant CoreN Digital Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service. If you mark content as public or use community features, you also authorize us to make that content visible to other users consistent with the feature design.

You are responsible for your content and represent that:

  • You have the rights needed to submit it
  • It does not infringe another person's rights
  • It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, misleading, or otherwise harmful
  • It does not include another person's sensitive personal data unless you have the lawful right to share it

We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use CoreWod only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we expressly agree otherwise. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where the law prohibits that restriction
  • Copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or build a competing dataset or service from CoreWod content without written permission
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the Service in a way that harms or overloads it
  • Circumvent access controls, paywalls, feature gates, rate limits, or security protections
  • Misuse community features, impersonate others, manipulate leaderboards, or post misleading workout results
  • Interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service
  • Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all CoreWod-owned content, including software, workout templates, text, graphics, logos, design, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to CoreN Digital Ltd. or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about privacy-specific matters, the Privacy Policy controls for those matters.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We believe your use creates legal, security, or abuse risks
  • We are required to do so by law or a platform provider

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. Where reasonably possible, we will try to give notice of material adverse changes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellation must still be handled through the applicable app store.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Workouts, AI outputs, or community content will always be accurate or suitable
  • Defects will always be corrected immediately

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreN Digital Ltd. and its affiliates, founders, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to CoreN Digital Ltd. for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or gross negligence where applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in the United Kingdom, Turkey, the EEA, or any other jurisdiction where local law applies to you.

Subject to those mandatory rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. If applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims in the courts of your place of residence, you may also do so there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you through the Service or by other appropriate means. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
